Premium Programs
Check Guarantee has several special programs and premiums designed to meet the needs of specific businesses and industries. These premium enhancements may be added to our basic service. Please see the service agreement for complete details.
Multiple Check Premium- This check payment solution allows you to accept 2-4 checks from a customer to be deposited over a specified period of time. The checks are guaranteed up to the total maximum approval amount.
Premium Approval- Can't afford to turn down any check sale? With Premium Approval, you'll have the highest approvals available. In fact, we guarantee it and will pay you to return to your previous guarantee provider if you don't agree.
Disputed Stop Payment Protection- Need protection against Disputed Stop Payment returns? Check out other programs and you'll find they don't cover disputes. We do! Our coverage includes reimbursement on Disputed Stop Payments, often the most difficult to collect on.
Partial Payment Premium- Give customers the option to pay by check and any other payment method: cash, credit card, debit card, whatever your store accepts. This premium may be just the edge you need to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
C.O.D. Premium- Before you send out an order, authorize the check with us, then send out the order and collect the check knowing it's guaranteed. With this premium, your customers will be able to pay with a check-the preferred non-cash method of payment.
Bank Fee- With this premium, we'll reimburse you for NSF bank fees on returned checks.
Check Conversion
Meramak is proud to provide merchants with the latest state-of-the-art technology, Check Conversion Plus. This new service makes taking checks as simple and fast as taking credit cards. With each authorized check, funds are electronically processed and automatically deposited into the merchant’s account. And since conversion alone can’t preclude NSF items, we have enhanced the service to include check guarantee.
Our Check Conversion service automates the check process, expedites funds availability and reduces bank charges such as return check fees. Funds are automatically placed into the merchant’s account, reducing the need to fill-out daily deposit slips and travel to the bank. Check Conversion also eliminates the chance of loss from robbery, since store personnel make the deposit for checks the same as for credit cards (from the terminal).
This allows consolidation of funds for multi-location merchants. And, of course, no time is wasted in long lines at the bank.
Recurring Billing
A recurring billing service provides convenience for you and your customers. Our service enables you to automatically process payments from your customers according to a pre-set weekly, semi-monthly or monthly schedule. Membership fees, monthly dues and many other recurring check payments can be easily processed and automatically deposited to your account with this service in place.

Plus Sales
Plus Sales is a stand-alone guarantee program that makes every sale count by turning "declines" into "approvals." Use our Plus Sales program along with your current provider. When you receive a decline from the "other guys," have us approve the check. You'll make the sale, and avoid the embarrassment of telling a customer their check has been declined.
More Checks= More Sales- If you're unsure about your check declines, take a look at your monthly statement.
